Since its establishment, Crescent Resources has developed more than 15 multifamily communities. Today, the company is building a dynamic brand of multifamily communities designed with a focus on the environment and green living.
These modern, close-knit and environmentally sensitive neighborhoods – called Circle® communities – offer a place where neighbors connect and become stewards of the larger community. Central to this philosophy is a wide array of programming from happy hours for pets to philanthropic activities, all of which create an engaging atmosphere.
Circle communities debuted in 2008 and are flourishing. The company also has a Circle community under construction in Austin, Texas – its first to serve college students.
In addition to Circle, The Gallery at Cameron Village in Raleigh, NC, is under construction and will be a signature Crescent multifamily community.
