Crescent Resources Multifamily Development Group set to Open Circle at Bartram Park

New community brings innovative approach to apartment living on Jacksonville’s south side

Jacksonville, Fla., Feb. 17, 2009 … Crescent Resources Multifamily Development Group is opening its first apartment community under its new Circle concept in Jacksonville, Fla., this month. Leasing is under way. Circle at Bartram Park will be Jacksonville’s first 100 percent smoke-free, multifamily community.

Circle at Bartram Park embodies Crescent’s innovative approach to apartment living, offering residents the opportunity to live in upscale, environmentally friendly communities focused on enriching their social experiences. This community, and all Circle communities, will be 100 percent smoke-free to promote clean air in residential areas and throughout the common spaces. Circle communities will offer unique programming – from volunteering to pet happy hours – aimed at fostering a sense of community among residents.

Circle at Bartram Park is located in south Jacksonville near Old St. Augustine Road and Interstate 95. Once completed, Circle at Bartram Park will have 336 apartments in stylish one-, two- and three-bedroom designs. The community’s center of life, the clubhouse, employs many environmentally sensitive features in its design, including recycled construction materials. The metal roof repels more heat and helps to reduce the cooling load in summer. Low-emission paint helps to improve indoor air quality. In Tampa, Fla., Crescent will open Circle at Crosstown in March. Other Circle communities are under development in Charlotte, N.C., and Concord, N.C.
