CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 1, 2011 … Crescent Resources, LLC has tapped an experienced human resources professional to guide talent development. Alice Zwahlen joins the company as vice president of human resources.

“Alice has particular expertise in the area of talent management with a strong focus on recruiting and building teams, leadership development, employee learning and employee relations,” said Larry Corson, president and chief executive officer. “As Crescent grows and evolves, Alice’s background will become increasingly important to us.”

Zwahlen joins Crescent from Premier, Inc., a performance improvement alliance of more than 2,400 U.S. hospitals and 70,000 other healthcare sites, where she was a business partner and human resources generalist. She previously served Premier as director of organization development and learning. Earlier in her career, Zwahlen a senior manager of corporate human resources for Allstate Insurance. Zwahlen holds a master’s degree from the University of Maryland and an bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Active in professional organizations, Zwahlen is a member of the Charlotte Human Resources Society and the Charlotte Employers Association.
