Open House Planned for Falls Cove Lake Norman community to showcase its first completed homes
Troutman, N.C., April 9, 2008 … Crescent Communities will have an open house at Falls Cove on April 12 to showcase the first completed homes in its newest and final community on Lake Norman. Visitors will also learn about special opportunities on interior and waterfront homesites.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature five completed luxury homes. Falls Cove, located on 900 acres of forested land in Troutman, also has 23 Ready To Customize homes under construction.
“This is an opportunity for people to see what Falls Cove has to offer,” said Mike Burnett, senior vice president for Crescent Communities. “We have made a great deal of progress since the community opened for sales last summer.”
Homes will range from the high $400s to $1 million. Homesites, which range from ½ to 2 acres, start in the high $60s.
Falls Cove has two distinct neighborhoods with defining characteristics and natural attributes. Streamwood features meandering streams and nature trails, as well as easy access to the amenity area. Parkwood is adjacent to Lake Norman State Park and includes 60 waterfront homesites with the opportunity to build a dock.
The planned 10-acre amenity area will feature a community activities center with a full-time activities director, junior Olympic pool, kids’ splash pool, six tennis courts, a playground and nature trails.
Falls Cove is located off exit 36 of Interstate 77 in Iredell County. Its ideal location near I-77 and Interstate 40 provides easy access to the surrounding cities of Hickory, Statesville, Charlotte and Winston-Salem.
