About Us
The land management
division of Crescent Resources is charged with value enhancement and environmental
stewardship of property for long-term holding and sound land management
in preparation to sell to other land owners and developers. Our goal is
accomplished through careful and appropriate land planning for a variety
of uses, including sites for residential and commercial uses. Our land
management operation, through high-yield and environmentally sensitive
management, supplies timber for the furniture, home-building and paper
industries. Like every division at Crescent, land management is focused
on caring for the environment and the communities we serve.
