HOME SALES UP 80 PERCENT IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

Fort Myers, Fla. – Buyers are flocking to the coast of southwest Florida, home to River Hall, for what has been seen as one of the biggest real estate resurgences in the past five years. Home sales are up 80 percent from last year in Lee County alone, and experts in this region agree, there’s never been a better time to buy a new home in Lee County. New home values have stabilized, and the dwindling inventory of new homes versus resale homes means demand is catching up to supply.

River Hall is no exception. River Hall has seen an upswing in traffic and sales from previous years, and there’s never been a better time to take advantage of low pricing on new homes and homesites. Call (866) 379-3999 to learn more about River Hall and ask about our Member for the Day opportunities to play our Davis Love III golf course. Or, click here to see a list of our available homes.

SUCCESS OF AUSTIN MARKET BENEFITS ROUGH HOLLOW

Lakeway, Texas – For all the accolades the Austin area receives for its incomparable quality of life, it’s easy to overlook the city’s continuous housing and economic success despite less favorable trends impacting many other markets across the United States. Rough Hollow not only benefits from its Lake Travis location, but it’s about 25 minutes from the center of life in Austin.

St. Marys’ charming character inspired the novel, which is based on several city residents. The book has received rave reviews locally and nationally, and Martin hopes those reading it will see why it’s such a special place to call home.
