One Crescent Way is a Summer Must-Read

T.I.M.E.SM TO MAKE A COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Charlotte, N.C. – The latest Crescent-exclusive amenity is now available in four Charlotte-area communities, and it couldn’t come at a better time. T.I.M.E.SM (an acronym for Time Is Mine to Enjoy) combines three distinct services, saving homeowners time in their everyday lives. T.I.M.E.SM includes the services of the full-time activities director who plans year-round events, the community coordinator who manages the day-to-day business of the community, and a resident services manager who negotiates and oversees a wide variety of service providers for residents of Crescent communities. Current services include dry cleaning, personal chef, car detailing, landscaping and produce/perishable delivery, and more services will be added soon.

Visit www.crescenttime.com for more information.

By giving time back to our residents, they now have more time to do other things, such as give back to their larger communities. In support of our mission and our residents, Crescent developed Community Connection, an outreach program to make it even easier for residents to bring positive change to the community and build meaningful relationships with neighbors. The first Community Connection project wrapped up at three local public schools, where Crescent joined with homeowners to beautify school grounds while teaching students the importance of natural vegetation.

Visit www.mycommunityconnection.info to learn more about this program.

THE RIVER CLUB UNVEILS NEW CLUBHOUSE
Suwanee, Ga. – The River Club members recently joined Crescent and local dignitaries in opening The Lodge, the brand-new clubhouse that anchors the community’s Greg Norman-designed golf course. Cheers and raves flowed from all who laid eyes on The Lodge’s mountain resort-inspired architecture and rustic, yet elegant interior furnishings. Members are busy having lunch after morning golf rounds, scheduling facials, enjoying dinner with neighbors, and lounging on the back lawn to see their friends play holes 16, 17 and 18.

Visit www.theriver-club.com to learn more about The Lodge. You can also check out the selection of new homes, both completed and Ready To Customize.

AWARDS CONTINUE FOR HIDDEN LAKE
Raleigh, N.C. – On the heels of receiving the prestigious Green Project of the Year Award from the National Association of Home Builders, Hidden Lake has become a Certified Gold Audubon International Signature Sanctuary. It’s only the fifth community in North Carolina to achieve this recognition (two other Crescent communities – Black Forest on Lake James and the Sanctuary in Charlotte – have received the honor). In the coming weeks, Hidden Lake is also expected to earn its Triple Diamond status from Audubon International, which is the highest level of certification in its Gold Signature Program.

These honors recognize the efforts of the development team to ensure the community makes a minimum impact on the environment. The homes available at Hidden Lake are as green as the community in which they reside. This is not only the right thing to do for Mother Nature’s sake – it also allows her to take center stage. And, everyone stepping foot on this beautiful property appreciates that.
