“LIVE IN THE CIRCLE” WITH CRESCENT’S NEW APARTMENT CONCEPT
The Crescent Multifamily Development Group is proud to introduce Circle, a new nationwide apartment concept with an innovative approach to apartment living. Communities are already under construction in North Carolina and Florida, offering residents the opportunity to live in an upscale, environmentally friendly development centered on enriching social experiences.
Circle offers residents two styles of living, from suburban garden apartment communities to urban mid- to high-rise apartment settings. While some communities will follow the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, all will be environmentally sensitive by design. Circle developments will be infused with the same exceptional quality and customer-oriented features that have become Crescent hallmarks. Style-savvy, upscale living amenities that also save energy and reduce waste offer the ideal home base for a contemporary schedule. Community spaces and programming are designed with the lifestyle of today’s residents in mind, encouraging them to share interests and experiences, from volunteering and pet happy hours, to recycling programs and front row parking for hybrids.
“We expect to have 1,300 Circle residences under construction by mid-April 2008,” said Todd Farrell, president of Crescent Multifamily Development Group. “We also have additional communities planned to start construction later this year in Tennessee and Texas, and are looking to expand to other high-growth markets as well, including Washington D.C.”

SERVICES, STORES AND RESTAURANTS IN BLOOM NEAR SOUTHERN HILLS
Brooksville, Fla. – Southern Hills Plantation Club has everything you need for a great club lifestyle. And life outside the gates is getting better and better for residents with many new shopping options growing around the area.
“The small Ssouthern town charm of Brooksville is very compelling to our buyers looking for a slower pace,” said Southern Hills Sales Manager Steve Erick.
But Erick adds that everyone really wants the best of three worlds – a home that offers sanctuary in a small town, in a place with all the conveniences and with easy access to big city services and amenities. “Southern Hills has the first one down with Brooksville and the third one covered with the Suncoast Parkway linking residents to Tampa,” says Erick who is also a resident and club member of Southern Hills. “We are seeing more of those everyday conveniences opening close by, and that is really making for the perfect opportunity to have it all.”
Residents can choose from a variety of shops and restaurants all minutes from Southern Hills, including Lowes, Publix, Carrabba’s, Sears, Belk, Ruby Tuesday, an 8-acre dog park and much more.
“All of the everyday retail and service necessities are very close by, and the options are growing,” said Erick. “But you can still go for coffee or lunch in downtown Brooksville and leave the hustle and bustle of urban life far behind.”
