NEW LOTS AVAILABLE AT 1780 ON LAKE JAMES
Lake James, N.C. – Before Crescent Communities on Lake James created 1780, the land was a treasured retreat for employees of Firestone Company and their families. On one of 1780’s quiet coves, families gathered around campfires and took refreshing dips in the lake during their relaxing summer vacations. Now, the Firestone lots at 1780 are ready for owners to make memories of their own. This cluster of 11 homesites features waterfront property, as well as spacious lake-access homesites with reserved boat slips in community docks. All homesites are within walking distance to community trails that can take owners from their homesite to Camp Lake James and the expansion of Lake James State Park.
