FOUR HOMESITES REMAIN AT SUGARLOAF COUNTRY CLUB
Duluth, Ga. – For more than a decade, luxury home buyers have flocked to Sugarloaf Country Club to find stunning custom homes, a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman and a sought-after lifestyle that encourages family activities. Now, this top-selling luxury community has only four retail homesites remaining, and three overlook the 18th hole! Buyers can choose a homesite and one of the community's featured builders to construct their custom home. A limited number of builder-owned homesites are also available for custom home opportunities.

Sugarloaf Country Club has a variety of available homes completed or under construction, and more than half overlook the golf course or a community lake. With Sugarloaf’s comprehensive amenities package, popular lifestyle and easy access to downtown Atlanta, the available homes and homesites are sure to move quickly.

Orlando, Fla. – Sugarloaf Mountain’s private golf course, designed by the famed architectural firm of Coore & Crenshaw, will open next month. Eighteen holes of exhilarating golf with panoramic views of Lake Apopka from elevations up to 300 feet will set the stage for the most unique golf experience in Florida. SOUTH CAROLINA GOVERNOR DEDICATES PALMETTO BLUFF PRESERVE
Bluffton, S.C. – South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford visited Palmetto Bluff Dec. 10 to help dedicate River Road Preserve, the 120-acre conservation easement along the eastern edge of the property that will be shielded in perpetuity from development.

“As a matter of public policy, I am here to thank Palmetto Bluff for taking unilateral action in preserving this land,” said Sanford. “This is a very important example to set for other developers to follow. The next generation of business and political leadership has a tremendous responsibility to take care of the environment. I think our success – as much as it will be defined by what we do – will also be defined by what we don’t do.”

TWO NEW ARTHUR RUTENBERG MODELS OPEN AT RIVER HALL
Fort Myers, Fla. – Arthur Rutenberg by Lyons Housing has unveiled two model homes at River Hall, the new hometown community in Fort Myers. Rutenberg’s latest collection can be found in the Fairways neighborhood, where many of the homesites overlook the acclaimed Davis Love III golf course. The Fairways neighborhood is part of River Hall Country Club, where membership to the golf course is included with each home purchase. WATERFRONT HOMESITES AVAILABLE AT HIDDEN LAKE
Raleigh, N.C. – Hidden Lake provides an opportunity that’s hard to find anywhere else in Raleigh – the opportunity to live on the shores of a 75-acre, spring-fed lake. Because a natural spring supplies water to the community lake, residents benefit from its consistent clarity and quantity. Hidden Lake has only six waterfront homesites remaining, ranging from more than one acre to more than two-and-a-half acres. Waterfront homesites start in the mid-$300s.
