THE RIM GOLF CLUB RATED AS ONE OF THE COUNTRY’S 10 BEST GOLF COMMUNITIES
Payson, Ariz. – The Rim Golf Club has often been recognized by various luxury publications as one of the best private golf communities. Adding to The Rim’s impressive repertoire, The Rim was ranked in Robb Report as one of the top 10 golf communities in the United States.
“Our process for selecting the top 10 golf communities in the United States was partly subjective – as all top-10 lists should be – and partly scientific,” says Robb Report in its September 2007 issue. “Each property offers everything one would expect of a premier private club and vacation neighborhood: well-designed golf courses, well-situated homes and well-heeled members. But the communities featured on the following pages distinguish themselves with amenities.”
Robb Report is a premier luxury lifestyle magazine, featuring the most expensive and extravagant items, vacations and real estate opportunities. Other recognitions received by The Rim Golf Club include being named one of the best residential courses by Golfweek, one of the top 40 residential golf communities in the United States by Golf & Travel and listed in the top 100 US Golf Communities by Travel + Leisure Golf.

SOUTHERN HILLS PROVES THAT A VACATION HOME DOESN’T HAVE TO BE FAR AWAY
Brooksville, Fla. – Considering buying a second home for weekend retreats? Looking for the perfect mountain getaway? You’re not alone! In fact, 36 percent of homes sold last year were in the second-home market, according to a study by the National Association of Realtors. Why the growing trend? For years, second homes have often been associated with retirement, but today’s baby boomers are not waiting to purchase a second home. Buyers are increasingly choosing a second home in a resort-style community that is close to their workplace and primary residence so they can enjoy the lifestyle long before retirement. Instead of taking a cross-country journey, these families are opting to vacation closer to home, avoiding the stress of long-distance travel. With its rolling hills and high elevations, Southern Hills
in Brooksville offers a mountainous retreat setting.
