At the heart of Waterscape, the amenities complex features a
split-level courtyard offering residents and their guests more that
10,000 square feet of tantalizing amenities that complement
Waterscape's 490 feet of beachfront access and beautiful views of the Gulf beyond. Amenities
at Waterscape include:
- Two swimming pools and multiple pool decks for sunbathing -- one
pool will offer a zero entry point
- A wading pool with built-in water toys
- A play area adjacent to the wading pool with play equipment for
toddlers and older children
- Barbecue areas complete with gas grills scattered throughout the
center courtyard for family gatherings
- A LAY-Z ™ River that allows children of all ages to kick back
as they float along the river course
- Two hot tubs built for maximum relaxation
- A courtyard pavilion ideal for parties and get-togethers with residents,
family or guests
- A 10-foot waterfall between levels
Staying Fit
At Waterscape, residents have many ways to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. Going for a walk or jog on the beach and swimming in the gulf and pools are great ways to stay fit, but Waterscape also offers a convenient fitness center to keep residents in top shape.
With a selection of fitness equipment, from cardio to strength training, the fitness center allows residents to exercise at their own pace. We're even planning to add an LCD screen (shown at right) to each cardio machine, so fitness buffs can keep up on the news, weather and entertainment. Click here to see a plan of the fitness room. |

In addition to the outdoor facilities and fitness center, Waterscape offers several
indoor amenities, including:
- The conference
room is available for parties, meetings and other events with access
to a small kitchen, as well as meeting tables, chairs and a large-screen
television
- A game room accessible from the main lobby
Waterscape also offers:
- Access to 490 feet of beachfront
- Dune crossover with four freshwater showers and two foot wash stations
- Controlled access parking (729 spaces)
- Security monitors for public areas
