Florida

Grand Haven
Located on more than 1,350 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway, Grand Haven is the premier residential golf community on Florida's east coast. The community offers an array of fine amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, a world-class country club, a gated community with large homesites and award-winning builders. Bike paths, parks and an adjacent 4,000-acre nature preserve make outdoor activities a way of life at Grand Haven.

North Hampton
LandMar’s development style relies heavily on preserving the natural surroundings within its communities, and North Hampton is no exception. This 740-acre golf course community is located near Amelia Island in Nassau County on Lofton Creek. Community features include an Arnold Palmer signature golf course, swimming pools, playing fields, open park areas and several man-made lakes. The 599-home community averages less than one home per acre, leaving 50 percent of the property as open space, golf course or lakes.

Osprey Cove
Located just three miles north of the Florida line, this lowlands Georgia, private, gated community features one of the top-rated courses in the southeast. Its 1,100 acres includes plans for 938 homes in a gated setting around the Mark McCumber Signature golf course. Expansive clubhouse, recreation and aquatics center and community boat launch directly on the St. Mary's River are just some of the amenities to enjoy. Live away from it all, just 20 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.

South Carolina

Oldfield
Deep in South Carolina’s Lowcountry between Beaufort and Hilton Head Island, Oldfield overlooks a spectacular horseshoe bend in the Okatie River. Course designer, Greg Norman worked with spectacular moss-draped oaks, dramatic marsh vistas, and broad savannahs of broomgrass and palmetto. “We dream of getting a site like this one.” Norman has said. The course opened in 2002 and was built with small greens, large aprons, stacked sod bunkers, waste bunkers and five sets of tees.

Palmetto Bluff
Defined by three historic rivers – the May River, the Cooper River and the New River – this 20,000-acre property can truly be called a sea island. For more than a century, the area around Palmetto Bluff has been known as one of the wildest and most beautiful places in the Carolina Lowcountry. Crescent has hired a full-time environmental manager, who is charged with protecting the quality of Palmetto Bluff’s water, trees and wildlife. The community also offers a tempting array of community amenities, as well as a Jack Nicklaus golf course. Homes in the first phase start at just under $700,000.

Springfield
Nestled in Fort Mill, S.C., Springfield is a 640-acre community that surrounds an existing public golf course. Its small town setting is charming, yet Springfield is just three miles from I-77 and 15 minutes from uptown Charlotte, N.C. Residents enjoy a membership to the Anne Springs Close Greenway, which borders the community and features 2,300 acres of forests, lakes, and rolling pastures, and 32 miles of trails for hiking, running, cycling and horseback riding. Adding to Springfield's rich amenities is the Fort Mill-York 4 school district, which academically outperforms every other district in the state.

Texas
