The style of homes found throughout the southern United States provides inspiration for the architecture at Springfield. The Springfield sales center is a fine display of the classic style to be built throughout the community. It features 12-foot ceilings on the first floor, solid 9-foot doors and a large front porch, just like the original Springfield House just down the road.

An Architectural Control Committee reviews all home plans for building and design standards, which ensures integrity of the community and protects the value of Springfield’s homes.

Springfield’s Builder Guild will construct the new homes in the community. You can purchase a homesite and build a custom home with one of the builders or purchase a Ready To Customize (RTC) home already under construction. Most of the builders have built in one or more of Crescent’s communities, and several are based in South Carolina.
