NorthView Harbour
- Take I-77 to exit 36.
- Follow Highway 150 West for about eight miles to Terrell.
- Turn right on Sherrills Ford Road, and follow it for three miles to Island Point Road.
- Turn right onto Island Point Road, and follow it for three miles to NorthView Harbour.
The Peninsula
- From I-77, take exit 28.
- Follow Highway 73 West to Jetton Road.
- Turn right into the community.
The Point
- Take I-77 to exit 33 (Lake Norman).
- Go west on Williamson Road.
- Turn left on Brawley School Road, and follow it for about five miles to signs leading to the sales center.
SailView
- From Charlotte, take NC Highway 16 North five miles past Highway 73 to Webbs Road and turn right.
- Go approximately two miles to SailView's entrance.
