Located at the corner of Potomac Avenue and Crystal Drive in South Arlington, One & Two Potomac Yard benefits from new infrastructure in place at Potomac Yard. Station A, of the Future Crystal City/Potomac Yard Transit System, will be located between the two buildings. This will be the first stop for future, dedicated transit way that will run the length of the building and to the rest of Potomac Yard Arlington. The transit way will provide rapid bus transit throughout Potomac Yard, Crystal City and to the Pentagon. It is Arlington County’s ultimate goal to have light rail service in this dedicated area.
There is a small park located just north of the building with benches and a walking path. Potomac Garden, a public art piece, and outdoor seating is provided at the plaza located just outside the entrance of the south tower. Eventually, patrons will have easy access to parks located in the southern portion of Potomac Yard Arlington.
One & Two Potomac Yard is accessible to US Route 1, I-395, and US Highway 66 and just minutes from the Crystal City Metro Station and the Crystal City VRE depot. It is convenient to Crystal City, Old Town and Washington, DC. |
