Crown Centre Plaza is a 106,053 square foot retail center owned by Sun Life Assurance Company and offered for lease by Crescent Resources. Crown Centre Plaza is located at the intersection of Saxon Blvd. and Enterprise Road in Orange City just off the Orange City/Deltona exit of Interstate 4, approximately 50 miles Northeast of Orlando. The Center is situated in a very dense residential and commercial area of Orange City. Crown Centre has anchor tenants such as Publix, Bealls and Taco Bell. Crown Centre Plaza currently has up to 5,200 square feet of prime retail space available.
