Resource Square at University Research Park is a 100-acre, Class A, office park located north of Charlotte's CBD near I-85 in the University area. Located near major hotels, restaurants, shopping and residential areas, Resource Square offers easy access to I-77, I-85, Charlotte Douglas International Airport and the Charlotte Central Business District. Lakemont Industrial Park, an 864-acre mixed-use development in York County, SC and Mecklenburg County, NC is considered to be one of the best distribution locations in the Carolinas.
