Tim Dison
Vice President, Florida and Student Housing
Tim Dison was promoted to vice president in 2011, leading Crescent Resources’ multifamily projects in Florida, as well as student housing activities throughout the country. He joined the company in 1999 as a development manager.
Prior to Crescent, Dison was a project manager in Charlotte for RJ Griffin & Company and Summit Contractors. He was also a superintendent for Marlyn Development Corporation and Ripley-Wright Associates, both in Virginia Beach, Va.
Dison was born in Azores, Portugal. He studied pre-engineering at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Ala., and received an architecture degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Va.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
