Scott Munday

Scott Munday directs Crescent Resources’ residential development operations at Lake Keowee, S.C., and in Raleigh, N.C. Prior to joining Crescent in 1994, he was vice president at a national property tax consulting firm.
A native of North Carolina, Munday graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s of business administration degree in real estate.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
