Scott Dozier
Vice President, Atlanta
Scott Dozier joined Crescent Resources as vice president of the residential division in 2011. In this role, he oversees the company’s residential interests in the Atlanta region including The River Club – one of Crescent’s premier residential communities.
A 22-year veteran of the development and construction industries, Dozier was previously the owner and founder of Dozier Builder Group, an Atlanta-based general commercial contractor and builder. Prior to that, he was a real estate advisor for Carwin Advisory Services in Dallas and Atlanta and Halter Properties in Atlanta. Dozier was also a senior vice president at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, a regional home builder headquartered in Smyrna, Ga.
Additionally, Dozier was an independent contractor in Atlanta and director of marketing for the Georgia Press Association. He began his career as a representative for MultiAd Services in Peoria, Ill., where he sold marketing and advertising services to newspapers and broadcast media.
Dozier has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bradley University in Peoria.

Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
