Rick R. McLaughlin

Rick McLaughlin oversees construction administration and field management of Class A shell office buildings, industrial buildings, interior tenant improvements and site development operations for Crescent Resources commercial properties in Florida.
Prior to Crescent, McLaughlin was a senior project manager with Law Engineering Testing Co., where he managed engineering, testing, and inspection services for commercial projects such as Disney World, Tampa Palms and Hidden River Corporate Park. He began his career in the construction industry in 1979 and moved into real estate development in 1987.
McLaughlin is a member of the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). He also volunteers with Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa, Fla., and the Salvation Army.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
