Pamela M. Padgett
Vice President, Property Management
Pamela Padgett oversees all property and facility management activities for Crescent-owned and third-party properties in the Southeast.
She joined Crescent Resources in 1998 as a senior property manager for industrial assets in Atlanta, and then was promoted to regional director of property management for the Southeast. Previously, Padgett worked in Atlanta as a senior real estate manager for CB Richard Ellis, property manager for Ackerman & Co. and Lincoln Property Company, and cost accountant at Lockwood Greene Architects & Engineers. She began her career as a manager for Brenda Allen in Memphis, Tenn.
Padgett is a member of Cumming United Methodist Church and a volunteer with Humane Hearts of Forsyth County in Cumming, Ga. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and holds a Georgia real estate license and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
A Memphis native, Padgett earned a business degree from Memphis State University and an accounting degree from Shelby State.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
