T. Keith Glenn

Vice President, Acquisition/Investments

Keith Glenn was promoted to vice president of the acquisition/investment department of Crescent Resources in 2010. In this capacity, he identifies new residential opportunities for the company.

Glenn joined Crescent in 1999 as tax manager. He was subsequently promoted to residential controller, then director of residential planning and analysis. He has also served the company as a development manager for Palmetto Bluff. Prior to assuming his current role, he directed the company’s residential developments in Charlotte; Raleigh N.C.; Lake Keowee, S.C.; and Austin, Texas.

Prior to joining Crescent Resources, Glenn served Arthur Andersen as a manager of the state and local tax group in Charlotte. He started his career at First Union National Bank as a property tax accountant.

Glenn is a member of the Urban Land Institute and River Hills Community Church. He previously served as an advisory board member for the S.C. Department of Revenue.

The Clover, S.C. native graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Clemson University.

Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
