Joseph K. McGorrey
Senior Vice President
Joseph K. McGorrey joined Crescent Resources in 2007. As senior vice president, he oversees real estate development and operations, land sales, underwriting and asset management as a member of the commercial real estate team.
Prior to joining Crescent, McGorrey was a project development principal and regional controller for Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta. He was also an audit manager for Ernst & Young in Atlanta and an associate director with Dimeling, Schreiber & Park in Philadelphia.
McGorrey is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified commercial investment member (CCIM). He is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and a member of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE).
Active in the community, McGorrey is a soccer coach with the YMCA, a member of the board of ushers with Alpharetta First United Methodist Church and vice president of the Milton High School cross country booster club.
McGorrey attended Drexel University in Philadelphia where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and finance. He is a native of Bucks County, Pa.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
