
James (Jay) L. Page
Senior Vice President, Residential
In 2012, Jay Page was promoted to senior vice president for the company’s residential communities in North and South Carolina and Tennesse, adding to his responsibilities as the leader of the company’s resorts. In this capacity, he is responsible for acquisitions in these markets and market segments as well as the development and operational activities of the company’s existing communities.
Page joined Crescent in 1997 as tax director. He was promoted to land management controller in 1998, and added the responsibilities of residential controller in 1999. In early 2003, he assumed the role of vice president of strategic planning for the residential communities; later that year, Page became general manager of the company’s Oldfield community in Okatie, S.C. In 2007, he was named chief operating officer and general manager of Palmetto Bluff. In 2010, he was promoted to senior vice president of the resort division of Crescent Resources with responsibilities for Palmetto Bluff and the company’s communities surrounding Lake James, N.C., and Lake Keowee, S.C.
Prior to joining Crescent, Page served as a tax manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLC in the Charlotte and Columbia, S.C., offices.
Page serves on the recreational development council, gold flight division of the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of Clemson University’s Department of Finance board. A certified public accountant (CPA), Page is also a member of the S.C. Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is a former vice president and member of the Board of Directors of the S.C. Tourism Council. Page also served as a member of the board of directors for the March of Dimes Hilton Head/Bluffton, S.C., chapter from 2003 to 2008.
The Mullins, S.C., native earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Clemson University.

Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
