Henry (Hank) S. Higgins III
Director, Land Sales
Hank Higgins joined Crescent Resources as a forester in 1981. Today he serves as director of land sales, responsible for legacy land management and sales in Morganton, N.C., and Lake Keowee, S.C., as well as timber sales for all of Crescent’s legacy land.
Higgins is a member of the Society of American Foresters and North Carolina Forestry Association. He is a registered forester in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as a Certified Forester® and North Carolina real estate broker. He previously served on the Rotary Club board of directors and is a former elder at Grace Presbyterian Church, both in Fort Mill, S.C.
A native of Great Falls, S.C., Higgins earned a bachelor’s degree in forest management from Clemson University.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
