Eric Jaegers
Vice President, Construction
Eric Jaegers joined Crescent Resources in 2007 and is responsible for development management and construction for Crescent’s Charlotte, N.C., commercial operation.
A Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional, Jaegers previously worked in Charlotte as vice president of RJ Griffin & Co., preconstruction manager for Choate Construction, and project manager and quality manager for McDevitt & Street Company.
Jaegers was born in Denver and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He attends Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte and coaches Little League.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
