Brian J. Natwick
President, Multifamily Division
Brian Natwick was promoted to president of Crescent Resources’ multifamily division in 2011. In this role, Natwick leads Crescent’s multifamily team throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Texas and guides the effort to expand the division’s development activities.
He oversees the development of new projects – which include luxury apartment communities in North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Florida – as well as Crescent’s existing multifamily communities.
Natwick previously served as regional vice president for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the multifamily division. He joined Crescent in 2006 as a development leader.
Prior to Crescent, Natwick held senior management and executive positions at Centex, Skanska USA, and Moss & Associates. He has provided development services for clients such as Walt Disney Imagineering, The St. Joe Company, LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels and the Blackstone Group.
Natwick graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in building construction. He also holds a master’s in business administration from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte.
Crescent Resources is a real estate development company with interests throughout the southeastern United States. Established in 1969, the Charlotte-based company develops single-family, multifamily and resort residential communities. Crescent also owns and manages business and industrial parks and shopping centers.
